Four Corners Ambulatory Surgery Center, LLC is a 19,755 square foot, state-of-the-art multi-specialty facility in Farmington, NM, owned and operated by approximately 22 surgeons in northwest New Mexico. The facility has been accredited by the AAAHC since 2001 without interruption and annually provides care to thousands of patients.

Accreditation through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) shows FCASC’s commitment to providing the highest levels of quality care to our patients, and the same high level of conduct in their business practices. We independently benchmark and monitor patient outcomes and other quality criteria. We regularly perform better than the national benchmarks in all areas of quality patient care. Accreditation by AAAHC is proof of this commitment and signifies that we have met the rigorous standards of a nationally recognized third party. FCASC has been accredited with AAAHC since May 2001.
